Laulauga Tausaga-Collins Wins US’ First Women’s Discus World Championship

Laulauga Tausaga-Collins, originally from Hawaii, secured the gold medal in the women's discus event at the 2023 World Athletic Championships held in Budapest, Hungary, on Tuesday. This is also the United States’ first ever world championship gold in the women’s discus event.

Sha’Carri Richardson Wins 100m World Championships Debut

Sunday - Sha’Carri Richardson achieved the quickest time in the 100m heat at the 2023 World Athletics Championship for track and field held in Budapest, Hungary. Clocking in at 10.92 seconds, Sha’Carri was among three competitors who finished the heat in under 11 seconds.
